Infrastructure Delivery Plans
We prepare Infrastructure Delivery Plans (IDPs) for precincts, LGAs and major development sites for councils, agencies and developers.
Local Infrastructure Contributions (s7.11 / s7.12)
We prepare all types of Section 7.11 and 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contributions Plans across NSW for councils, agencies and developers.
We also undertake Local Infrastructure Contributions Framework and Options Reviews to help councils update and strengthen their existing framework.
Affordable Housing Contributions
We prepare Affordable Housing Contributions Schemes for councils across NSW.
Where required, we collaborate with specialist partners such as economists to ensure robust and evidence-based outcomes.
Planning Agreements
We support councils, agencies and developers with all aspects of planning agreements—local and State—including negotiations, offers and drafting.
We also assist councils in preparing Planning Agreement Policies and Procedures Manuals.
